Description:

The Pearl of the Osa Beach Resort rests on the most beautiful beach on the Osa. Fifteen minutes from Puerto Jimenez, The Pearl offers great affordable lodging, excellent food, and an empty six-mile stretch of sandy beach that is by far and away the most beautiful on the Osa (great for swimming and boogie-boarding). The Pearl has eight charming rooms perched high above the ground floor; four overlook the surf while the other four look out over the jungle. A wide balcony surrounds the lot, with lounge chairs to relax in and enjoy the view.

Activities & Amenities:

Each breezy and charming room has a private bath with shower, a comfortable double bed, and (of course) the ever present overhead tropical fan. Rooms range in price from $40 to $70 a room, with a maximum of two people per room. The restaurant at 'The Pearl' is locally known as the MonoChingo (Naked Monkey) Bar and Grill which offers great food and drink. So when you are not off on an exotic adventure, hang out in a hammock, gaze at the ocean and listen to the endless crashing of the waves, hear the scarlet macaws call overhead, while sipping on your icy Pina Colada to boot.
