Long Term rentals:
For a one time payment of only $39.95
we will find you your ideal Costa Rica long
term rental property or we will
refund your full payment! We will offer you a selection of
3 to 5 properties, based upon your criteria (minimum three properties).
You choose! If we can't find these properties you don't pay!
We will also refund your payment
if in 60 days from the time you view the property you sign a lease with
the property owners of any long term rentals we provide you (minimum
six months lease). Most property owners here in Costa Rica require a
lease on long term property rentals.
Short Term rentals:
There is no charge for
short term rental searches. Full services only with service fee.
How
does our rental property locator service work?
Simply complete
the online form below and submit your property locator request.
After submitting the form you will be directed to our secure payment
page. If you require a long term rental please make payment.
Click on the PayPal BUY NOW
button to make your payment.
You will be directed to a secure PayPal payment page where you will
have an option to sign up for PayPal. Membership is not required to
make payment.
We recommend signing up with PayPal as it's free and it is one of the
most secure ways to pay for purchases on the internet. After your payment
is verified we will start processing your rental property request.
Please allow four to six weeks for us to locate long term properties.
Often, it doesn't this long. Short term vacation rentals take less time.
