• All email addresses will be kept in strict confidence. Your email address
  will never be given out or sold without your consent. Renting Costa Rica
  is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that is submitted to us for our own records only. We don't share the information provided by you with any third parties. We do not collect any personal information (e-mail, phone numbers etc.) from you on our site, unless you
  fill out any of our forms to contact us or send information about your
  property. Any information supplied by you through registering or sending
  an inquiry is confidential and will only be used by Renting Costa Rica to optimize our service for you.
  
  
• Our web site provides for the possibility of interaction with third parties
  such as owners of properties listed on Renting Costa Rica. Any information exchanged between those parties will strictly remain between them. Renting Costa Rica is in no way responsible for the privacy practice of those sites. Renting Costa Rica does not send out any soliciting e-mail to addresses provided by our customers.
  
  
• We at Renting Costa Rica reserve the right to accept or refuse all
  listings and advertising on this site.
  
  
• Renting Costa Rica is in no way responsible and does not warrant or guarantee any information, documents, graphics, software, products and services provided herein. In no event shall Renting Costa Rica be liable for any punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, occurring direct
  or indirect and in any way connected with the use of this web site, or for
  any information, documents and graphics, software, products and services obtained through this web site. The information, documents, graphics, software, products and services published on this web site may include typographical errors or inaccuracies. Renting Costa Rica may change
  and or add information in this web site at any time. It is the sole
  responsibility of the parties engaging in business as a result of visiting or advertising with Renting Costa Rica to do any necessary due diligence to ensure that all representations made by either party are true and factual.
  
  
• Payments are processed by third party payment services PayPal. They
  accept credit cards, checks, and direct bank account transfers. We do not receive any financial information about customers, such as credit card or
  bank account numbers. There is no automatically recurring charging of
  credit cards or accounts. You must explicitly initiate a new payment for
  every subscription period.

To our Renters

• Renting Costa Rica assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of advertisements on this web site, nor the condition of property, nor the character of the owner. It is the responsibility of the potential renter
  and strongly recommended to ascertain the validity of each property.
  Obtain terms and conditions in writing. Rates are subject to change without notice.
  
  
• Renting Costa Rica has the right to remove any web page and to deny advertising at their discretion.
  
  
• Take note most property owners will require a 50% deposit of the
  total rental amount. This deposit is generally non- refundable as it is
  used to secure your reservation and hold the rental in your name.
  Please check with individual property owners.
  

To our Property Owners

• Renting Costa Rica is not responsible for renters of property. It is the responsibility of the owner and strongly advised to validate the
  qualifications of the potential renters. Specify terms and conditions in
  writing.
  
  
• See our photo policy below for property owners submitting photos to
  Renting Costa Rica.

Photo Policy:

• Regarding photos, owners who specify photos to be used from a web site assert that the photos are their own property and these same owners have
  the publishing rights to said photos.
  
  
• Photos of your Costa Rica property rentals are extremely important. The best are professionally taken. Proper lighting is a must. It is almost impossible to take a photo of your living room toward the brightly lit
  window. Make sure they are clear and bright and we suggest that you
  have at least one of the interior and one of the view or outside area.
  You are the sales person trying to sell your rental property. Most
  renters do not want to spend their hard earned money on rent for a
  place they can't see!
  
  
• We can accept 4 photos in either .jpg or .gif format no larger than 100k apiece. Make sure your photos are clear and bright. A picture is worth a thousand words so make sure your photos sell your property. You can
  email or snail mail your photos see the address below.
  
  
• Please include your property listing number with your emailed or snail
  mailed photos. The listing number is assigned when your property
  information is verified.
  
  
• If you would like additional photos on your web page we will create an addition photo page for you at $10 per photo. Email us with this request
  and we will give you instructions to purchase this additional photo page.
