A: Please go to the PURCHASE
PAGE. Access to our listings is via
our payment prosessor PayPal. On
our purchase page just click on any SIGN IN link. This will take you
to our sign in page where you will be requested to choose a User ID
and Password. After signing in you will be taken to a PayPal
secure server page where, if you are not already a member, you can sign
up with PayPal for free. On the PayPal
page you can then purchase access to our full inventory Costa
Rica rental property listings via credit card or online check. Once
your transaction is completed you will be directed to our members login
entrance where with your User Id and Password you will have access to
our full rental property listings for the period of four months for
$29.95, or two months for $19.95, or our special $9.95 for one month.
You can re-enter the members area anytime 24/7 via the members entrance
on our HOME PAGE.
Q: What will I get when I purchase
your rental property listings? How will they be presented?
A: You will have full access to the largest most
current and comprehensive list of rental properties in Costa Rica. These
lists will include; property description, location, rates, amenities
and activities, photos and owner contact info. See our SAMPLES
PAGE to see how the listings will be presented.
Samples do not include the owner contact information.
Contact information will be provided with membership.
Q: What do I do when I find a
rental property that interests me?
A: You will contact the owner or their representative
directly via email, phone or fax (most owners speak English and Spanish).
In many cases the owner will have a web site and you will be directed
there for more information. Only contact Renting
Costa Rica should you have questions about our site or a problem
with the contact info. All our listings are verified before they are

like to list my Costa Rica rental property on your web site. How do I
do this?
A: There are four ways to add your Costa Rica
rental property listing to our web site;
1. Please go to our PROPERTY
FORM page. Simply fill out the online form you find on
that page and submit it to us. You can cut and paste from any word processor.
Please read our DISCLAIMER
before submitting your rental property listing.
2. If you have a web site for your property with photos email us. Just
say YES and we will
create your web page for your property. We will use selected information
and photos from your web site. We must have your written permission
(email) to usw your photos. See our PHOTO
POLICY.
3. Email us your property information: location, description, activities,
amenities, rates, and owner or owner representative contact. We will
contact you to verify your information and will issue you a rental property
listing number. We will then request that your submit four photos to
us via email please see our PHOTO
POLICY. If you can not submit your
photos via email you can mail us 4 photos to our P. O. box see our CONTACT
PAGE. We do except property listings without photos but
photos are very important. Our customers want to see your property and
that is what sets us apart from a newspaper add.
4. Send your rental property information to us via regular mail. See
our CONTACT
page for address.

listings to my liking?
