If your property is available for the requested dates and the client agrees to the rates we will forward the client to you.

At Renting Costa Rica your privacy is our concern! Your personal contact information will only be given out should we have a prospective client for your property. Unlike many other rental property websites your email address and phone number are not advertised on our site for the world to see.

What does it cost?

We charge the following rental commissions or referral fees on all Costa Rica rental properties we list on our website:

10% on short term rentals (less than four months) 15% if we collect the rental deposit and deposit in your account (select Costa Rica banks only) 1/2 month's rent for any rental over 4 months 1 month's rent for a year's lease

There is no charge for your rental listing. We don't receive any commissions until your property is rented. This is free advertising with one of the leading online rental property services in Costa Rica. Your property will remain on our site until you say remove it!
